Sharing this because it took me an embarrassingly long time to work out.
One change at a time, otherwise you learn nothing about which one worked.
Took me years to work this out.
I would stop trying to convey how bad it is and start saying what you want them to do.
Same here.
Careful with attribution. You changed the timing, the dose and the season. That is three variables.
Changing prescriber does not reset anything, and people discover that the hard way.
Sleep first. Bad night, bad day, more symptoms. Fix that before changing anything else.
Function over score. Currently on storage at home myself.
The pain score conversation is thirty seconds of my life I will never get back, every time. How long have you been on storage at home?
You have two changes at once here. You cannot attribute anything until one of them moves.
Same here.
Everyone here blames the drug. Half the time it is the appointment schedule, not the molecule.
Following this because I am in the same place and have no idea what to ask at the appointment. Three weeks in on storage at home and it lines up.
It gets smaller. Not easy, smaller. That distinction kept me going.
Ten percent cuts, of the current dose not the original. That is the arithmetic that keeps it survivable. Same for me with storage at home, unfortunately.
It gets smaller. Not easy, smaller. That distinction kept me going. Tolerance was my main issue with storage at home too.
