Your content
You keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, reproduce and distribute that content on this site and in feeds. You confirm that you have the right to post it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
Prohibited use
- Facilitating the supply of prescription or controlled medicines, or any unlicensed pharmacy activity.
- Posting unlawful, defamatory, deceptive or privacy-invading material.
- Scraping, automated bulk posting, or attempts to circumvent moderation, rate limits or access controls.
- Impersonating a professional, a regulator, a pharmacy or another member.
Moderation and termination
We may suspend or terminate any account at any time for breach of these Terms. We may remove content where we believe removal is required by law or necessary to protect members.
Liability
The forum is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on content posted by members. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the operator’s place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
