Long post, sorry. AOD-9604: what actually has human evidence behind it, and what is extrapolation from animals? What the peptide class does pharmacologically does not require the subjective effect to be large to be real.
Same here.
An inconclusive account is useful if it stops the next person mistaking a story for a controlled comparison.
Baseline first. How long have you been on AOD-9604?
A plausible mechanism is not an outcome, and this class is the textbook example. How long have you been on AOD-9604?
Where does the human data stop and the extrapolation begin? That is the whole thread.
How long before you can reasonably say something is or is not doing anything?
Log dose, time and sleep. Ten seconds a day and it turns the anecdote into something you can look at.

Loose evidence and no evidence are different, and people overcorrect in both directions. Same for me with AOD-9604, unfortunately.
Is a baseline blood test really necessary before starting something like this?
Read methods.
Narrow conclusion.
