Sleep, food, or the compound? Yes. Not on agmatine but the pattern is familiar.
Narrow conclusion, briefly right. Broad conclusion, interestingly wrong. I know which I keep choosing.
How long before you can reasonably say something is or is not doing anything?
Log dose, time and sleep. Ten seconds a day and it turns the anecdote into something you can look at. Tolerance was my main issue with agmatine too.
Reconstitution arithmetic is only half the problem. The other half is what was in the vial.
Most of what is called evidence here is one person, one vial, one month.
Stupid question: how do you know whether what is in the vial matches the label at all?
Sleep, food, or the compound? Yes.
This is the kind of post the forum exists for. Two months in on agmatine and it lines up.
Baseline first. Without a baseline the after picture is decoration.
What is the first thing you would read if you were starting from zero?
Narrow conclusion.
Is a baseline blood test really necessary before starting something like this?
Loose evidence and no evidence are different, and people overcorrect in both directions.
