Records problem. The summary they hold about me is wrong by three items.
Everything the practice holds is optimised for the practice, not for you. Download it twice a year.
Portal exports often carry the numbers and not the notes, and the notes are where the reasoning is.
Ask for the refusal to be noted in the record. It changes the next conversation more than any argument.
Restating the same point louder changes nothing. Quoting their own criterion does.
Mostly wanting to know whether my expectations are realistic.
