Refund question. Order was short by one item and the shop wants a photo before doing anything.

The reference number on the letter is the only way anyone will find the file again, so it goes in the subject line of everything.

What changed my experience was splitting orders rather than ordering larger and less often.

FedEx scans are generated at the hub, so a silent tracking page is not evidence of a problem for the first 4 days.

The credit card route gives you recourse and the transfer route gives you a lower price. Pick which you actually want.

Mostly posting so the next person has something to search.

File early. The window is shorter than people think and it starts at the transaction.

How do I find the national register if I do not read the language?

Reminder that a tracking number is not required in the post, but the dates and the carrier are.

Domain age is one of the few signals that is expensive to fake and free to check. Not on FedEx but the pattern is familiar.
