An Post has held my parcel for 33 days with no scan. Is that normal for this route or should I start the process?

The debit card route gives you recourse and the transfer route gives you a lower price. Pick which you actually want.

Customs handling fees are charged by the carrier, not the state, which is why they are so hard to contest.

Wondering whether my expectations are simply out of date.

“Registered with” is doing an enormous amount of work in that sentence.

Written confirmation email after every phone call. Cheapest insurance there is.

The sticker on the box is just so you know they were in there. It is the letter that matters.

What do you do about the fee? Do you just pay it?

The published rule and the enforcement pattern are different documents. Only one of them affects you. Two months in on DHL and it lines up.

What do you do about the fee? Do you just pay it? Not on DHL but the pattern is familiar.
