How do you tell the difference between the drug working and just a good week?

Is it normal to feel worse before better? Nobody told me that. Side effects was my main issue with benzodiazepine tapering too.

What is the first thing you would read if you were starting from zero?

What do you do about the fee? Do you just pay it?
