Ten percent cuts, of the current dose not the original. That is the arithmetic that keeps it survivable.

How do you tell the difference between the drug working and just a good week?

Same here.

A year in on benzodiazepine tapering and it lines up.

You are not imagining it and you are not being difficult. Document it and take the document in.

Careful with attribution. You changed the timing, the dose and the season. That is three variables.

Is it normal to feel worse before better? Nobody told me that.

It gets smaller. Not easy, smaller. That distinction kept me going.

Enteric coatings should not be crushed. The pellets are the delivery mechanism. Not on benzodiazepine tapering but the pattern is familiar.

Ten percent cuts. Slower is faster.

Bring a list. Embarrassment makes everyone forget things, including you.

Same here.

Same for me with benzodiazepine tapering, unfortunately.

Sleep first. Bad night, bad day, more symptoms. Fix that before changing anything else. Side effects was my main issue with benzodiazepine tapering too.
