Access to mugs should be on the clinical questionnaire. Same for me with the unread posts view, unfortunately.
Ask for the longer appointment slot. Ten minutes is not enough for a complex history and pretending otherwise wastes both your time.

The rule exists because of a specific pattern of posts, and it is always that pattern. How long have you been on the unread posts view?
You have two changes at once here. You cannot attribute anything until one of them moves.
