Splitting an order and the two years of a routine that finally stuck.
Do it before the appointment, not during it.
Label things. Anonymous jars are how mistakes start.
It takes ten seconds and removes a whole category of problem.
One change at a time, otherwise you learn nothing about which one worked.
Took me years to work this out.
