Storage at home and the a fortnight of a routine that finally stuck.

It sounds fussy until the day it saves you five minutes and an argument.

One change at a time, otherwise you learn nothing about which one worked.

That is the whole tip. No affiliate, no link, no drama.

You are not imagining it and you are not being difficult. Document it and take the document in. Same for me with storage at home, unfortunately.

Following this because I am in the same place and have no idea what to ask at the appointment.

Ask for the longer appointment slot. Ten minutes is not enough for a complex history and pretending otherwise wastes both your time.

Everyone here blames the drug. Half the time it is the appointment schedule, not the molecule. Same for me with storage at home, unfortunately.

Sorry for the basic question, but how do you actually start one of these diaries?

Worth asking what specifically was measured. Pain scores move with mood and function does not.
