Small thing that made a difference for me with keeping a copy of the prescription.
It sounds fussy until the day it saves you five minutes and an argument.
The first two weeks are the hard part, after that it is automatic.
Write it down on paper, in the room, not in an app you will not open.
Worth trying before something more complicated.
