Reading the leaflet and the a fortnight of a routine that finally stuck.
It takes ten seconds and removes a whole category of problem.
Label things. Anonymous jars are how mistakes start.
It sounds fussy until the day it saves you five minutes and an argument.
Worth trying before something more complicated.
