Parcel arrived but with a Royal Mail sticker on the box and no explanation. Wondering what triggers that.
Photograph everything before you open it. It takes ten seconds and settles most disputes.
What changed my experience was splitting orders rather than ordering larger and less often.
The returns address and the contact address are often different and only one of them is a real building.
Curious what other people do differently here.
