Long post, sorry. Whey protein: what actually has human evidence behind it, and what is extrapolation from animals?
The comparison group matters more than the compound when the outcome is something as fuzzy as focus.
The effect size I actually noticed is roughly a third of what the write-ups imply, and it took eight months to be sure.
The measured outcome and the hoped-for outcome are rarely the same thing in these threads.
Posting to be argued with, mainly.
Stupid question: how do you know whether what is in the vial matches the label at all?
My rule, after years of this: if it cannot survive being written down with the numbers attached, it is marketing. Currently on whey protein myself.
Test one thing at a time. It feels slower and it is the only way to learn anything. Tolerance was my main issue with whey protein too.
