Bloodwork question about tirzepatide. Baseline, four months in, and the numbers moved in a direction I did not expect.

Baseline first. Without a baseline the after picture is decoration.

The animal data is stronger than the human data and the human data is not nothing, it is just small.

What surprised me is how much of the perceived benefit was routine and attention rather than pharmacology.

Curious whether the popular dose has any basis or is just the convenient one.

Loose evidence and no evidence are different, and people overcorrect in both directions.

What is the first thing you would read if you were starting from zero? Same for me with tirzepatide, unfortunately.

What is the first thing you would read if you were starting from zero? How long have you been on tirzepatide?

Sterility is the part people wave through and it is the part that actually bites.

An inconclusive account is useful if it stops the next person mistaking a story for a controlled comparison.

Most of what is called evidence here is one person, one vial, one month.

Log dose, time and sleep. Ten seconds a day and it turns the anecdote into something you can look at.
