I have been running CJC-1295 for a fortnight and the honest summary is that the effect is smaller than the internet suggests and real.
The effect size I actually noticed is roughly a third of what the write-ups imply, and it took a fortnight to be sure.
I would rather have a narrow conclusion and be right than a broad one and be interesting.
Empty stomach is the advice and nobody explains why, which is why people ignore it.
Where does the human data stop and the extrapolation start?
