Long post, sorry. Ozempic (semaglutide): what actually has human evidence behind it, and what is extrapolation from animals?
Mechanism is not outcome, and a plausible pathway is the most expensive kind of evidence there is.
The measured outcome and the hoped-for outcome are rarely the same thing in these threads.
What surprised me is how much of the perceived benefit was routine and attention rather than pharmacology.
Titration is slow by design and rushing it is how people end up miserable.
The interesting question is not whether it works but for whom and at what cost.
Read methods.

Sleep, food, or the compound? Yes.
Log dose, time and sleep. Ten seconds a day and it turns the anecdote into something you can look at.
An inconclusive account is useful if it stops the next person mistaking a story for a controlled comparison. Not on semaglutide but the pattern is familiar.
Narrow conclusion. How long have you been on semaglutide?
Same here.
Same for me with semaglutide, unfortunately.

Baseline first. Without a baseline the after picture is decoration.
