Long post, sorry. Bremelanotide (PT-141): what actually has human evidence behind it, and what is extrapolation from animals? There is a serious question about whether the studied form matches what is sold, and nobody in a thread can answer it.
What is the first thing you would read if you were starting from zero?
Baseline first.
Where does the human data stop and the extrapolation begin? That is the whole thread.
Stupid question: how do you know whether what is in the vial matches the label at all?
If it needs three other compounds to notice, you have not tested the first one.
Nobody has ever been talked out of a stack by a stranger on the internet.
Baseline first. Without a baseline the after picture is decoration.
Three questions kill most of the confidence in a thread like this: sample size, blinding, who paid. Currently on PT-141 myself.

Sleep, food, or the compound? Yes. Same for me with PT-141, unfortunately.
Same here.
