Bloodwork question about AOD-9604. Baseline, a fortnight in, and the numbers moved in a direction I did not expect.
There is a serious question about whether the studied form matches what is sold, and nobody in a thread can answer it.
Sample size, blinding, and who paid for it. Those three questions kill most of the confidence in most of these threads.
The effect size I actually noticed is roughly a third of what the write-ups imply, and it took a fortnight to be sure.
Vial content, sterility and reconstitution are three separate questions and the certificate answers about one of them.
Anyone got a paper worth reading on this rather than a write-up of a paper?
Underdosing and tolerance are indistinguishable from the inside, and everyone picks the flattering explanation. Injection site reaction was my main issue with AOD-9604 too.
Cold storage, light protection, date on the vial. Boring, removes half the variables.
Stupid question: how do you know whether what is in the vial matches the label at all?
My rule, after years of this: if it cannot survive being written down with the numbers attached, it is marketing.
Most of what is called evidence here is one person, one vial, one month.
Baseline first. Without a baseline the after picture is decoration. How long have you been on AOD-9604?
Baseline first.
Reconstitution arithmetic is only half the problem. The other half is what was in the vial. Currently on AOD-9604 myself.
