Blue and white capsule, hard shell, and when you hold it up to the light you can see little spheres inside instead of powder. I have always had the tablets, so the pellets surprised me.
Is that normal for this class or is it a different product?

Enteric-coated pellets inside a capsule is completely normal for proton pump inhibitors. The coating is what stops it dissolving in the stomach. Tablets do the same job with a film coat. Nothing suspicious about pellets.

Do not crush them, by the way. The pellets are the delivery mechanism.
