Question for the people who have taken buprenorphine long term: did the constipation ever settle, or is that just the price of admission?
What helped was writing down what I could physically do that day rather than a pain score. Numbers lie, function does not.
The difference between immediate and modified release is bigger than the leaflet makes it sound.
What would you ask the prescriber if you had fifteen minutes?
