Got a letter from the customs office about a parcel from South Africa. Reading it carefully before I do anything.
What I have learned is that the 21 day mark is the point to start the process, not the point to panic.
Photograph everything before you open it. It takes ten seconds and settles most disputes.
Curious what other people do differently here.
