Australia Post has held my parcel for 9 days with no scan. Is that normal for this route or should I start the process?
What I have learned is that the 9 day mark is the point to start the process, not the point to panic.
Photograph everything before you open it. It takes ten seconds and settles most disputes.
Customs handling fees are charged by the carrier, not the state, which is why they are so hard to contest.
Curious what other people do differently here.
