Reading the rules again and the posting rules is the bit that is least clear.
Nothing here is a rule for its own sake, which is why the odd ones have a paragraph attached.
Moderators would rather move a thread than delete it, and they will say why.
Happy to be told it already exists.
You are not imagining it and you are not being difficult. Document it and take the document in. How long have you been on the posting rules?
It gets smaller. Not easy, smaller. That distinction kept me going.
Fifteen years of this and the function column is the only one that changed anything for me. Also, one page of history, printed, handed over at the start. It changes the appointment.
The rule exists because of a specific pattern of posts, and it is always that pattern.
