Third different benzodiazepine in two years and Lexotan (bromazepam) is the only one that has not given me interdose withdrawal. Curious whether others had the same run around.
My skin, my sleep and my mood all respond to this, and my appointments only ever ask about the third.
The first 8 weeks were the worst and I nearly stopped. Glad I did not, but nobody said it would take that long.
There is a point in the afternoon where the effect is gone and the restlessness starts, and that point has moved earlier over six weeks.
Memory gaps are dose related and worse when the interval between doses stretches.
Not looking for a protocol, just perspective.

Same here.
How long have you been on bromazepam?
How do you tell the difference between the drug working and just a good week? How long have you been on bromazepam?
Sorry for the basic question, but how do you actually start one of these diaries?
My pharmacist has become my actual doctor and I am at peace with it.
