After two months on ashwagandha my odd aftertaste has become the main problem rather than the thing it was prescribed for.

Withdrawal symptoms are not the same as side effects, and conflating them wasted a year of my life.

The dose has stayed the same for two months and the effect has not, which is the whole puzzle.

Genuinely open to being told my reasoning is wrong here.

You have two changes at once here. You cannot attribute anything until one of them moves.

Is it normal to feel worse before better? Nobody told me that. How long have you been on ashwagandha?

Half of what people describe as tolerance is a change in the underlying condition, and the two need different answers.

How do you tell the difference between the drug working and just a good week?
