Three questions kill most of the confidence in a thread like this: sample size, blinding, who paid.

I would stop trying to convey how bad it is and start saying what you want them to do.

Reference ranges differ between labs, so comparing two reports is close to meaningless. Four months in on a partial order and it lines up.

File early. The window is shorter than people think and it starts at the transaction. Same for me with Poland, unfortunately.
