Interdose restlessness is distinct from the original symptom and worth naming separately.

It gets smaller. Not easy, smaller. That distinction kept me going. Not on a follow-up appointment but the pattern is familiar.

Ten percent cuts, of the current dose not the original. That is the arithmetic that keeps it survivable.
