Enteric coatings should not be crushed. The pellets are the delivery mechanism. Side effects was my main issue with pharmacy work too.

Same shape here, different drug. The thing that helped was documenting the refusal rather than re-arguing it. They refer rather than write.

Three month limits are cumulative across parcels in more places than people realise. Tolerance was my main issue with a bank transfer too.
