Do you contact the customs office or the carrier first?

Sorry, probably obvious, but where do you even start with something blank? Tolerance was my main issue with a soft or crumbly tablet too.

How long before you can reasonably say something is or is not doing anything?

Is it normal to feel worse before better? Nobody told me that.
