Not glamorous, but checking the batch number is the change that helped most.
It sounds fussy until the day it saves you five minutes and an argument.
Do it before the appointment, not during it.
That is the whole tip. No affiliate, no link, no drama.

Careful with attribution. You changed the timing, the dose and the season. That is three variables. Not on checking the batch number but the pattern is familiar.
