My pharmacist has become my actual doctor and I am at peace with it.

Bring a list. Embarrassment makes everyone forget things, including you. Side effects was my main issue with splitting an order too.

Careful with attribution. You changed the timing, the dose and the season. That is three variables.

Fifteen years of this and the function column is the only one that changed anything for me. Also, one page of history, printed, handed over at the start. It changes the appointment.

How do you tell the difference between the drug working and just a good week? Two months in on splitting an order and it lines up.

You are not imagining it and you are not being difficult. Document it and take the document in. Currently on splitting an order myself.

Sorry for the basic question, but how do you actually start one of these diaries?

Ten percent cuts. Slower is faster.

Ten percent cuts, of the current dose not the original. That is the arithmetic that keeps it survivable.

The last ten percent of a taper takes as long as the first ninety. Nobody says so until you are in it. Two months in on splitting an order and it lines up.

Interdose restlessness is distinct from the original symptom and worth naming separately.

It gets smaller. Not easy, smaller. That distinction kept me going.

Is it normal to feel worse before better? Nobody told me that.
