Small thing that made a difference for me with checking the batch number.
It sounds fussy until the day it saves you five minutes and an argument.
Anyone got something better?

Fifteen years of this and the function column is the only one that changed anything for me. Also, one page of history, printed, handed over at the start. It changes the appointment.
