Small thing that made a difference for me with a plain packaging preference.

No equipment needed and it costs nothing.

It sounds fussy until the day it saves you five minutes and an argument.

One change at a time, otherwise you learn nothing about which one worked.

The first two weeks are the hard part, after that it is automatic.

Took me years to work this out.

You have two changes at once here. You cannot attribute anything until one of them moves.

The pain score conversation is thirty seconds of my life I will never get back, every time. Same for me with a plain packaging preference, unfortunately.

Access to mugs should be on the clinical questionnaire.

Is it normal to feel worse before better? Nobody told me that.

How do you tell the difference between the drug working and just a good week? Same for me with a plain packaging preference, unfortunately.

Small wins count. Walking to the mailbox is a data point.

Changing prescriber does not reset anything, and people discover that the hard way.
