Small thing that made a difference for me with reading the leaflet.
Write it down on paper, in the room, not in an app you will not open.
It takes ten seconds and removes a whole category of problem.
No equipment needed and it costs nothing.
That is the whole tip. No affiliate, no link, no drama.
