Not glamorous, but expiry dates is the change that helped most.

No equipment needed and it costs nothing.

One change at a time, otherwise you learn nothing about which one worked.

It takes ten seconds and removes a whole category of problem.

Anyone got something better?

Everyone here blames the drug. Half the time it is the appointment schedule, not the molecule. Same for me with expiry dates, unfortunately.

How do you tell the difference between the drug working and just a good week? Same for me with expiry dates, unfortunately.

Following this because I am in the same place and have no idea what to ask at the appointment.
