Keeping a copy of the prescription and the a year of a routine that finally stuck. It sounds fussy until the day it saves you five minutes and an argument.

Ten percent cuts, of the current dose not the original. That is the arithmetic that keeps it survivable.

Sorry for the basic question, but how do you actually start one of these diaries? Same for me with keeping a copy of the prescription, unfortunately.

Sleep first. Bad night, bad day, more symptoms. Fix that before changing anything else.

Access to mugs should be on the clinical questionnaire. Not on keeping a copy of the prescription but the pattern is familiar.

Ten percent cuts. Slower is faster.

Reference ranges differ between labs, so comparing two reports is close to meaningless.

Same here.

A year in on keeping a copy of the prescription and it lines up.

Changing prescriber does not reset anything, and people discover that the hard way.
