Small thing that made a difference for me with contacting the pharmacy.

It sounds fussy until the day it saves you five minutes and an argument.

It takes ten seconds and removes a whole category of problem.

Took me years to work this out.

The pain score conversation is thirty seconds of my life I will never get back, every time.

Access to mugs should be on the clinical questionnaire. Not on contacting the pharmacy but the pattern is familiar.

It gets smaller. Not easy, smaller. That distinction kept me going.

Function over score. Three years in on contacting the pharmacy and it lines up.

Personal experience, labelled as such, is exactly right here. Nobody is prescribing.

Changing prescriber does not reset anything, and people discover that the hard way. Same for me with contacting the pharmacy, unfortunately.
