Ordering in winter and the two years of a routine that finally stuck. Do it before the appointment, not during it.

Careful with attribution. You changed the timing, the dose and the season. That is three variables.

Ten percent cuts, of the current dose not the original. That is the arithmetic that keeps it survivable. How long have you been on ordering in winter?

Small wins count. Walking to the mailbox is a data point. Currently on ordering in winter myself.

You are not imagining it and you are not being difficult. Document it and take the document in. How long have you been on ordering in winter?

Ten percent cuts. Slower is faster. Two years in on ordering in winter and it lines up.

Worth asking what specifically was measured. Pain scores move with mood and function does not. Not on ordering in winter but the pattern is familiar.

You have two changes at once here. You cannot attribute anything until one of them moves.

Following this because I am in the same place and have no idea what to ask at the appointment.

How do you tell the difference between the drug working and just a good week?
