Sharing this because it took me an embarrassingly long time to work out.
No equipment needed and it costs nothing.
The first two weeks are the hard part, after that it is automatic.
It takes ten seconds and removes a whole category of problem.
That is the whole tip. No affiliate, no link, no drama.

You are not imagining it and you are not being difficult. Document it and take the document in. Tolerance was my main issue with storage at home too.

Ask for the longer appointment slot. Ten minutes is not enough for a complex history and pretending otherwise wastes both your time. Tolerance was my main issue with storage at home too.
