Topic starter   [#12346]

Splitting an order and the four months of a routine that finally stuck.

Write it down on paper, in the room, not in an app you will not open.

Label things. Anonymous jars are how mistakes start.

Anyone got something better?

Ten percent cuts. Slower is faster. Not on splitting an order but the pattern is familiar.

You are not imagining it and you are not being difficult. Document it and take the document in.

Personal experience, labelled as such, is exactly right here. Nobody is prescribing.

Worth asking what specifically was measured. Pain scores move with mood and function does not.
