Contacting the pharmacy and the four months of a routine that finally stuck.
The first two weeks are the hard part, after that it is automatic.
It takes ten seconds and removes a whole category of problem.
Label things. Anonymous jars are how mistakes start.
No equipment needed and it costs nothing.
Anyone got something better?
