Checking the batch number and the five years of a routine that finally stuck.

It takes ten seconds and removes a whole category of problem.

No equipment needed and it costs nothing.

Anyone got something better?

Half of what people describe as tolerance is a change in the underlying condition, and the two need different answers.

Sorry for the basic question, but how do you actually start one of these diaries? Five years in on checking the batch number and it lines up.

Everyone here blames the drug. Half the time it is the appointment schedule, not the molecule.

Changing prescriber does not reset anything, and people discover that the hard way.

Worth repeating that this is not medical advice and the answer often depends on who you are.

Ask for the longer appointment slot. Ten minutes is not enough for a complex history and pretending otherwise wastes both your time.
