Small thing that made a difference for me with contacting the pharmacy.

Do it before the appointment, not during it.

It sounds fussy until the day it saves you five minutes and an argument.

Label things. Anonymous jars are how mistakes start.

That is the whole tip. No affiliate, no link, no drama.

I would stop trying to convey how bad it is and start saying what you want them to do.

How do you tell the difference between the drug working and just a good week? How long have you been on contacting the pharmacy?

Ten percent cuts. Slower is faster.

Reference ranges differ between labs, so comparing two reports is close to meaningless. Not on contacting the pharmacy but the pattern is familiar.

Is it normal to feel worse before better? Nobody told me that.

Sorry for the basic question, but how do you actually start one of these diaries? Same for me with contacting the pharmacy, unfortunately.

My pharmacist has become my actual doctor and I am at peace with it.

Changing prescriber does not reset anything, and people discover that the hard way. Five years in on contacting the pharmacy and it lines up.
