Not glamorous, but a second opinion is the change that helped most.

Do it before the appointment, not during it.

It takes ten seconds and removes a whole category of problem.

That is the whole tip. No affiliate, no link, no drama.

How do you tell the difference between the drug working and just a good week? Not on a second opinion but the pattern is familiar.

Ask for the longer appointment slot. Ten minutes is not enough for a complex history and pretending otherwise wastes both your time. How long have you been on a second opinion?

Small wins count. Walking to the mailbox is a data point.

Sorry for the basic question, but how do you actually start one of these diaries?

Personal experience, labelled as such, is exactly right here. Nobody is prescribing.

Function over score. Not on a second opinion but the pattern is familiar.

Half of what people describe as tolerance is a change in the underlying condition, and the two need different answers.

My pharmacist has become my actual doctor and I am at peace with it.

Following this because I am in the same place and have no idea what to ask at the appointment.

Is it normal to feel worse before better? Nobody told me that. Currently on a second opinion myself.

Access to mugs should be on the clinical questionnaire.

You are not imagining it and you are not being difficult. Document it and take the document in.
