Paying by card and the four months of a routine that finally stuck.
One change at a time, otherwise you learn nothing about which one worked.
It takes ten seconds and removes a whole category of problem.
Took me years to work this out.

Reference ranges differ between labs, so comparing two reports is close to meaningless.
