Checking the batch number and the two months of a routine that finally stuck.
Do it before the appointment, not during it.
The first two weeks are the hard part, after that it is automatic.
It takes ten seconds and removes a whole category of problem.
No equipment needed and it costs nothing.
Worth trying before something more complicated.
