Small thing that made a difference for me with the returns policy.
Label things. Anonymous jars are how mistakes start.
It takes ten seconds and removes a whole category of problem.
Write it down on paper, in the room, not in an app you will not open.
Took me years to work this out.

Enteric coatings should not be crushed. The pellets are the delivery mechanism. How long have you been on the returns policy?

Same shape here, different drug. The thing that helped was documenting the refusal rather than re-arguing it. They refer rather than write.
